EXPERIENCE:

From January 1989 to January 1992 – Worked in Neuro Surgery Department of K.G.Hospital Coimbatore where I have assisted in a number of Elective and Emergency Neuro Surgeries.

From February 1992 to August 1999 was working in the Govt. PHC in Nilgris and Coimbatore Districts.

Incharge in the General Surgical Ward, while working in Govt. Head Quarters Hospital Tirupur, From September 1997 to February 1999.

Undergone M.Ch Neuro Surgery course in Institute of Neurology Chennai. Madras Medical College Chennai, From April 1999 to March 2001. During the M.Ch. (Neuro Surgery) course at Institute of Neurology in Madras Medical college, Chennai, I was trained to manage and operate the acute head injury cases, Intra cranial and intra spinal lesion. I was also trained to interpret CT Scans and MRI Scans.

Assistant Professor of Neuro Surgery, Coimatore Medical College, Coimbatore. From 15th March 2001 to 4th April 2004. Medical college is attached to a 1400 bedded Post graduate training Hospital.I was treating Neuro Surgery out patients and ward inpatients and attending to neurosurgical emergency operations. I was also involved in teaching undergraduate M.B.,B.S., students, Post graduates in general surgery and the post graduates in Neuro-Surgery. The Neuro Surgery department was supported by Neurotrauma, Emergency operation theatre, Neuro Surgery elective operation theatre. Neurosurgery post operative care wards, Neuro-electrophysiology Laboratory and Radiology department.

From 5th April 2004 to 15th April 2005, I was working as Consultant Neuro- Surgeon in Kinnera Super Speciality Hospital at Khammam, Andhra Pradesh. I was incharge of the Neuro-Surgery department which has facilities like Electro Encephalogram, CT scan and MRI scan. I was incharge of Neuro Out patients in the mornings and evenings on a regular basis and also conducting elective and emergency intra cranial and spinal surgeries. I was also incharge of ward patients and to attend to all Neurosurgical emergencies.

From 22nd April 2005 to 9th May 2010, I am working as CONSULTANT NEURO SURGEON IN LOTUS HOSPITAL AT ERODE, Tamil Nadu. I am incharge of the Neuro Surgery department which has facilities like Electro Encephalogram, ENMG, CT Scan. I am Incharge of Neuro out patients in the mornings and evenings on a regular basis and also conducting elective and emergency intra cranial and spinal surgeries. I am also incharge of ward patients and to attend to all Neuro Surgical emergencies.

From 10th May 2010 till date, I am working as CONSULTANT NEURO SURGEON IN GANGA HOPITAL AT COIMBATORE, Tamil nadu.

Undergone training in Advance Neuro Surgery in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, From 01.11.2000 to 15.11.2000. Undergone training in Advance Neuro Surgery in Sanjay Gandhi Post-Graduate Institute, Lucknow from 17.11.2000 to 02.12.2000.
